What does the Exit Ready process entail?

Through the Exit Ready process, you prepare yourself and your company for sale, from start to finish. We start the process with an extensive intake, in which we brainstorm and give you strategic advice on developing a master plan for a possible pre-exit investment or sale strategy; it’s important to start with the end goal in mind. Next, we create a detailed analysis of your company, in which we look into the current and future business model, financial performance, enterprise value and optimisations that can increase the company’s marketability and value.

Once the business analysis is clear, we draw up a well-founded and realistic growth plan in which the points of improvement and the accompanying effects on the marketability and enterprise value are made concrete. If desired, we can support you with implementing the optimisations that can increase value. After the Exit Ready process, your company is completely ready for sale. The entire process typically takes one to two years.
