What is the Exit-Ready process?

The Exit-Ready process consists of the following steps:

Step 1

We start by creating an 'X-ray' of your company. This means we conduct research on:

  • the strengths of the company;
  • the current and future business model;
  • the financial performance and forecasts;
  • the current value (sale price) of the company;
  • the aspects that can be optimised or implemented to maximise value and increase marketability.

Step 2

Together with you, we develop a practical plan of action for the next 12-18 months. In this plan, we give concrete advice on what can be improved, how to improve it and what the effects on the business value and marketability are going to be. Additionally, we develop the most promising sale strategy for the company.


Step 3

Next, we guide and advise you and the core team for twelve months. We ensure that you successfully keep the business running and support you in this preparatory sales process.

Step 4

Once all positive results are achieved, we initiate the formal sales process. We actively approach potential buyers and/or investors and guide the transaction right up to the transfer of the shares.


Step 5

During this process, we also create your personal plan for the future. What will you do after the sale? Will you remain actively involved, retire or start a new venture? And what is the best course of action with your earned capital? Within our network, we have many financial wealth experts and investment platforms. This plan for the future truly brings peace of mind for the initial phase after the sale.
