The Marktlink UK’s London team was lead adviser on the transaction, providing expert support to Astra on assessing the viability of DNH as an acquisition target, as well as valuation and deal structure. The Marktlink team was led by Victoria Ansell, supported by Noud Janssens. Legal and financial advice to the buyer was provided by Marriott Harrison LLP with financial and tax due diligence advice provided by Crowe UK LLP.
