Marktlink opens first Italian office in Milan with Gianluca Magonio and team

Today, Marktlink has officially opened its first Italian office in Milan, with Gianluca Magonio at the helm as Managing Partner. The Milan office is Marktlink’s 21st in Europe and its first in Italy, marking a strategic expansion into Southern Europe’s SME M&A landscape.

Gianluca Magonio, former Partner at EY, brings years of experience in M&A. What makes this launch exceptional is that Gianluca is not starting alone. For the first time in Marktlink’s history, a new office is kicking off with two additional senior professionals from day one: Lorenzo Guerrini and Marco De Pascalis, two Directors with solid experience. The three have worked together in the past, and their enthusiasm, combined with Marktlink’s entrepreneurial formula and singular focus on M&A, were key in launching the initiative.
