Marktlink has opened its first office in France, marking the next step in its European expansion. Based in Lyon and launched in October 2026, the new office is led by Pierre-Alexandre Vray, Managing Partner, who will drive Marktlink’s growth in the French market.
The Lyon office will have a local team of five by the end of this month, with further growth expected as the business develops. Clients in France will benefit from Marktlink’s data-driven approach, proprietary digital tools, and access to a broad international network of M&A professionals across Europe.
Pierre-Alexandre Vray brings 18 years of M&A experience, combining international large-cap expertise with a strong track record in the French small and mid-market. His background spans BNP Paribas CIB, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, and Natixis Partners, now Financière de Courcelles. He has advised entrepreneurs and business leaders across a wide range of situations, with particular experience in the manufacturing industry and the technology, media and communication sector.
