About Borys
Borys Storck is managing partner of Marktlink Mergers & Acquisitions GmbH in Germany. He has more than 20 years of experience in advising owner-managed companies, corporate groups and private equity investors in the implementation of company acquisitions and sales as well as financing and valuation of companies. Due to his international background, he was responsible for numerous cross-border transactions worldwide in addition to national transactions. In addition to his corporate finance activities, he has also gained experience in the SME sector by setting up and successfully establishing a business development department for a medium-sized company. Borys Storck holds a degree in economics and studied at the Ruhr-University in Bochum and at the University of Wuppertal.
