Simon completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede. During his minor in Shanghai, he first came into contact with the mergers and acquisitions profession. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he earned his Master of Economics, specialising in Corporate Finance & Control, at Radboud University. During his studies he gained experience at various SMEs in the field of Business Intelligence and Commerce.

During both my bachelor and master studies I developed a great interest in the M&A profession. M&A is attractive to me because of the diversity of the work, the demands on my analytical and communication skills and the frequent contact with entrepreneurs. It appeals to me that Marktlink focuses on SMEs and that I can make a contribution during the entire process of mergers and acquisitions.
