Ingrid studied Commercial Economics. After finishing her studies she worked for one of the largest HR service providers in the Netherlands for over 10 years. The dynamics, the HR-work and the high amount of contact with customers really appealed to her. In 2016 she switched careers to work as an account manager for a national company that provides training for professionals. Alongside that career switch, she also went back to school to develop her skills in the field of learning and development. In 2018 she made the switch to Marktlink. This step was a logical one for Ingrid. A growing commercial business and a young and dynamic group of professionals that she can coach and help develop.
