About Louis

Louis graduated with his first Master’s degree in Business Economics from KUL in Leuven (Belgium). He then deepened his knowledge in Corporate Finance by taking an additional Master’s at ESSEC Business School in Singapore. After these instructive and inspiring experiences, he completed an internship at KBC Securities in Brussels where he assisted in both M&A and ECM transactions. As a second internship, he joined the investment banking division at Van Lanschot Kempen where he played an active role in the Tech & Fintech team. After completing both internships successfully, Louis joined Marktlink Mergers & Acquisitions.

My passion for Corporate Finance and M&A has been proven several times and therefore I want to launch my career here. Having already worked on multiple deals of all sizes, I have come to the conclusion that small and mid-cap is closer to my heart. Marktlink has the perfect mix where I can improve both my technical and commercial skills. On top of that comes the entrepreneurial vision that Marktlink is committed to, with the clients’ best interests at heart. I myself grew up around driven entrepreneurs and therefore want to work closely with them to work towards the best transaction possible.”
