Frank studied Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2006 he graduated with a thesis on mergers and acquisitions. He founded his own consultancy firm and enrolled in the management traineeship at the Delta Lloyd Group. After several jobs and projects on the subject of ‘change management,’ he took a job as Team Manager Business Insurances at the damages department of Delta Lloyd.
