When will I be ready to sell my company?

The answer to this question is twofold.

This test will help you work out what still needs to be arranged or tested. The sale value of your company can therefore be maximised. What is my company worth?

This question is often asked and it may sound like one that is difficult to answer. Fortunately, we can give you an indication of your company value very quickly. We have developed a tool called Marktlink Multiple, which is based on market data. The tool provides an indication of your company value. This tool is updated every three months with current figures and trend forecasts. The EBITDA of your company is required before we can calculate its value. EBITDA stands for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation. In Dutch, this is, “Inkomsten voor Aftrek van Interest, Belastingen, Afschrijving en Amortisatie”. This value is the first measure that can ultimately be used to calculate the value of your company.
