About Marjolein

After completing her bachelor’s in Psychology, Marjolein started a master’s in Work and Organisational Psychology at VU University Amsterdam. She chose this programme because of her interest in employee well-being, the mutual relationships of employees in teams and the cooperation processes involved. After her studies, she started working as a consultant in the pensions industry. The work didn’t really fuel her enthusiasm, which is why she made the switch to Marktlink.
